With aggressive growth plans over the next several years, Management Opportunities exist at
the Assistant Manager, Chef Manager, and Market Partner levels.
Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager (Chef Manager) in all
aspects of shift management including: staffing, training, administration, and managing food and
labor costs. Previous 1-year management experience required.
Chef Manager (General Manager): The Chef Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of
the business unit to include: staffing, training and development of the team, running a great quality shift, managing costs, and driving sales.
Market Partners: The Market Partner oversees a region of 4-5 restaurants and supervises the
Chef Managers. The Market Partner reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for
monitoring performance of the individual restaurants, Managers, and Team Members, and attaining
Company sales, profitability, quality assurance, and superior service goals.
Manager-In-Training Program: All new managers are trained in Training locations that exist
in each market. The M.I.T. Program for new managers is tailored to the experience of the
individual, but in general it is a 12-week program and consists of the following:
- Heart-of-House (Kitchen) Training: 4 weeks
- Front-of-House (Dining Room) Training: 2 weeks
- Management Training: 3+ weeks
